Approvals Process

Contact our sales or customer service department to submit a completed waste profile along with a sample. ESI’s trained laboratory technicians will review the profile and analyze the sample for compatibility with our treatment protocols. Once approved by our compliance department, you will receive an approval number and quotation—and are ready to schedule shipment. Upon arrival, each load is once again tested to ensure compliance.

The forms are designed to be completed and printed prior to faxing or mailing to ESI.

1. To profile non-hazardous waste streams, please complete and submit the highlighted link Waste Profile.
2. To profile materials for beneficial reuse, please complete and submit the highlighted link Commodity Material Profile.
3. To establish credit for your company as a new customer of ESI Environmental, Inc., please complete and submit the highlighted link Application for Credit.
