Corporate Environmental Policy

ESI Environmental, Inc. (ESI) is committed to protecting the environment through our pollution prevention programs and the preservation of natural resources. As a part of this endeavor, we will examine our operations to make an assessment of the potential impacts that our activities may have on the environment.

Our commitment includes the implementation of management programs that will ensure compliance with the local, state, and federal standards that regulate our activities, as well as other requirements to which ESI subscribes. We will develop environmental objectives and establish targets, which will allow us to measure our progress toward the continual improvement of our Environmental Management System. Our objectives and targets will be reviewed periodically to account for pertinent regulatory or operational changes and will be amended to reflect those changes.

Our Environmental Policy shall be communicated to all ESI employees through direct training, documented procedures, and other means that are considered to be effective in assuring that our employees are aware of our Environmental Policy and its importance in protecting the environment. This policy shall be communicated to our employees on an annual basis and to newly hired personnel during the orientation process. This policy shall be made available to the public upon request.
